Petals Network

Petals Network is a floral wire service company which distributes consumer flower orders to local florists for delivery.[1] Petals offers both a florist-to-florist clearinghouse service and a customer to florist service through its network of independent local florists.

Unusually for floral relay service, Petals runs its own networks of florists in several countries; Australia, New Zealand and the UK. It also uses the services of other local floral relay services to operate in 70 other countries around the world. Petals is based in Armidale, New South Wales Australia. By running 3 shifts, it can operate in the major time zones around the world from its country-town location.

Petals has won a number of business awards including Australian National Small Business of the Year and was 4 years in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Businesses in Australia list. More information on awards and other press can be found at About Petals as well as the Hansard of the NSW Government and the Australian Business Chamber President's Prize for Best Business

Petals also manages a directory of local florists in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK and New Zealand, and a network of Australian gift suppliers Grumleys Gifts with a range of non-floral gifts.

Staff of Petals volunteer their time and financial support for students at local schools and the University of New England where Petals Founder Scott Williams is Deputy Chancellor.
